Trust is the foundation of a successful performance enhancement relationship.
Earning this trust happens in many ways, including keeping our relationship confidential.
Confidentiality means I tell no one about what we do without specific written permission from the performer.
This covers everything — that I am working with this performer, this team, or this company; that we met; what was said, done, implied, and even not said.
This covers everyone — your coach, boss, spouse, colleagues, the media, friends, and teammates.
On an individual basis, I take additional steps to insure confidentiality. Please contact me with your specific requests.
To be successful, I understand the role of confidentiality with what we say and work on. The trust allows you to feel safe when we work with the “real issues” and make real progress.
